Get to know

Of Lebanese, Syrian and Greek origin, Cynthia carries her Heart in Quebec,Canada.

 

At the age of 7, her only friend was her Petroff piano given to her from her dear grandfather Edmond.

After almost being the victim of a bomb during the war, Cynthia took refuge in the world of music.

Singer-songwriter says that music has become her only comfort: “Music was a form of therapy for me: it was my only refuge, especially after my parents divorce and painful events in my life”. As a young teenager,

Cynthia studies singing at the National conservatory, while her voice illuminates major festivities  all around the city all the way to Dubai,Abu Dhabi,Jordan till Paris,Las Vegas and New York.

 

Cynthia earned a degree in Music Education, piano, singing and Italian studies.

As a songwriter, she's part of the finalists on the "Francophone games” '5th edition, with her very first single “Ne m'oublie pas”

Cynthia was a special guest on many different tv shows on Dubai TV,MTV,LBC International to sing for Rahbani, Carole Samaha and other artists.

 

In October 2011, the singer took a giant leap and moved with her family to Canada for good. Singer performed for french union in Jeddah then flew same night for another show; she was applauded by 500 people at her Christmas concert at Claude-Champagne theater(UdeM) same day event!

In 2015,Cynthia became quarter-finalist at the Voice (Canada)She’s one of Isabelle Boulay’s 6 finalists.

 Her single “Honesty”(Feat.Sule Heitner)was released in may 2021.

Cynthia's latest single "Naked hearts"is available now on the website and on all social platforms(Itunes, spotify, amazon, youtube,bandcamp etc.)

The artist remains busy doing shows, working on her music and sharing her passion for music .

D'origine libanaise, syrienne et grecque, Cynthia porte son Cœur au Québec.

 

A 7 ans, elle n'a qu'un seul ami ; son piano Petroff, que lui a offert son cher grand-père maternel Edmond.

Après avoir failli être victime d'une bombe pendant la guerre, Cynthia se réfugie dans le monde de la musique. Elle avoue que la musique est devenue son plus grand  réconfort : « La musique a été pour moi une forme de thérapie : c'était mon seul refuge, surtout après la guerre et le divorce de mes parents.

Jeune adolescente, Cynthia étudie le chant au Conservatoire National, tandis que sa voix illumine les festivités et les grands événements de la ville jusqu’à Dubai,Abu Dhabi,Jordanie,Las Vegas et en passant à New York.

Elle a obtenu un diplôme en éducation musicale, piano, chant et études italiennes.

 

L'auteure-compositrice-interprète se rend en finale de la 5e édition des Jeux francophones avec son tout premier single « Ne m'oublie pas » ; c'est l'heureuse élue qui chantera en direct sur TV5 monde.

Cynthia fût l’ invitée spéciale sur les plateaux des chaînes  LBC,MTV,DUBAI TV avec Rahbani,Gibran Tueini et Carole Samaha.

 

En octobre 2011, la chanteuse rejoint sa famille et s’installe  au Québec.Cynthia est tellement passionnée par le chant qu’en une journée,elle prend l’avion direction l'ambassade de France à Jeddah et chante pour la communauté francophone. L’artiste prit le premier vol du matin,retourna à  Montréal pour présenter son spectacle de Noël où 400 personnes l’ont retrouvée à l'Université de Montréal.

 

En 2015, Cynthia est en quart de finale parmi les 6 finalistes d'Isabelle Boulay à la Voix. Ce fut un grand succès pour elle.  

L'artiste se produit dans  des spectacles et des festivals dans les quatre coins du monde:LDE au Bellagio Las Vegas,festival Mosaiq au nouveau Brunswick, la fête de l’amitié à Gatineau entre autres. 

Cynthia  a lancé son single "Honesty " en mai 2021 (Feat.Sule Heitner) et travaille également  sur son EP qui verra le jour en 2024.
